Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my sad duty to announce the resignation of BuPlan Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Les Rickard, KDE. Mention is given to Brigadier General Rickard who, during his all to short tenure in this position has done great service to the Bureau by helping to organize and inspire the BuPlan staff.
