My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 2, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Helen Zilwicki (CA-548):
The new Command Staff are:
- Captain (j.g.) Joseph Lyons is assigned as Commanding Officer
- Commander Leonard Price is assigned as Executive Officer
The Bosun and remaining crew remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
- Joseph Lyons to Captain, junior grade
- Leonard Price to Commander
