By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned accordingly:
The Bureau of Ships wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation to Commander Easterly for his service as Executive Officer of HMS Titan.
Furthermore, the following personnel are adjusted in rank according to BuShips and BuPers policies:
