BuShips Directive 1604-02 was issued on 5 April 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Specter (CLAC-29).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on April 5, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Specter (CLAC-29). This ship is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Virginia Beach, VA.
The new Command Staff is:
- Captain, j.g. Edward Nowak, assigned as Commanding Officer
- Commander Jacklyn Sullivan, assigned as Executive Officer
The Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Edward Nowak to Captain, junior grade
- Jacklyn Sullivan to Commander
