BuShips Directive 1603-10 was issued on 31 March 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Eardsidh Kamerling (CL-717).

My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EDT) on March 31, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Eardsidh Kamerling (CL-717), This is a Kamerling Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Kennewick, WA.
As of this date, the new Bosun for HMS Eardsidh Kamerling is:
- CPO Douglas Staudt
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Douglas Staudt to Chief Petty Officer
