BuShips Directive 1511-18 was issued on 28 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Bedivere (DD-486).
Order Text
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 28, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Bedivere (DD-486). This is a Roland Class Destroyer under the Command of Lt. Commander Timothy Simpson and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet (San Diego, CA).
The crew of this ship are as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Timothy Simpson (and assigned as CO, HMS Bedivere)
- Lieutenant, s.g. Aaron Davis (and assigned as XO, HMS Bedivere)
- Chief Petty Officer William Cain (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Bedivere)
- Spacer 2nd Class Lisa Fillmore
- Spacer 2nd Class Michael Horgan
- Spacer 2nd Class Joseph Slackie
- Spacer 2nd Class Mark Piepkorn, Jr.
- Spacer 3rd Class Hayley Dawson
