BuShips Directive 1511-14 was issued on 21 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions GNS Madrigal.

My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 21, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the re-commissioning of GNS Madrigal (BC-13), under the command of Captain Robert Demkiw. This is a Courvoisier Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Surrey, BC.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS Madrigal:

• Captain Robert Demkiw (CO, GNS Madrigal)
• Commander Eric Johnson (XO, GNS Madrigal)
• Chief Petty Officer Ryan Despins (Bosun, GNS Madrigal)

• Spacer 1st Class Robert Lee Dolphin
