BuShips Directive 1509-05 was issued on 10 September 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Helen.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 10, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Helen (BC-570). This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Hillsboro, OR.
The new Executive officer for HMS Helen is:
Commander Duane Kietzman,
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Duane Kietzman to Commander
Additionally, effective immediately, Kim Blackburn is reduced to her permanent rank of Spacer 3rd Class.
