BuShips Directive 1903-14 was issued on 30 March 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a Command Senior Master Chief Petty officer for BuShips.

To all concerned,
Master Chief Plotting Mate Dame Lori Bonilla, you are hereby directed to report to the Office of the Third Space Lord, where you will take upon the duties of Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer, Bureau of Ships. In order to fulfill the duties and administer programs that shall be directed by your office, and after conferring with the Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, you are hereby breveted to the rank of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer (E-10).
Additionally, because of the internal nature of the duties that are being performed under Administrative Command, it shall be dissolved, with all personnel instructed to report to the Office of the Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer, Bureau of ships. The sub-offices now formerly under Administrative Command, such as Mentorship, Records, Publishing and Development shall remain the same, with all current positions and duties intact, but now fall under your office.
Finally, you shall fulfill the duties of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Ships, until further notice, and shall be granted the rights and privileges thereof.
Fail not at these tasks and duties at your peril, I have the utmost confidence in your abilities.
