As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Rear Admiral of the Red Mike Romero, OC,KR,SC,OG,CBM, RMN [RMN-1459-13] to the position of Age of Sail – Birth of the Royal Navy Lecturer, Mannheim University
Admiral Romero, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Mannheim University, Neu Odenwaldkries, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as Lecturer - Age of Sail – Birth of the Royal Navy - where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
