As of the date of this order, Chief Gunner's Mate Frank Gonzalez is entrusted with the authority to manage the Damage Control school, helping the students to understand the Damage Control importance aboard ships. Chief Gunner's Mate Gonzalez you are hereby ordered to report, post haste to your new position to assume your duties.
