Re:	Appointment of Saganami Island Naval Academy and Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy Staff (BuTrain Order 004-17)

Ensign Ian Brannan (RMN-3702-16), you are hereby ordered and directed to report to the Saganami Island Naval Academy's Naval College Commandant, Commodore Sir Ed Wandall, to assume the position and duties of Junior Officer Instructor effective 05JAN2016.

Ensign Brannan you are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Senior Grade.

Chief Petty Officer Andrea Austin (RMN-4126-16) , you are hereby ordered and directed to report to the Commandant of the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy to take up post as the Commandant’s Yeoman, effective 05JAN2016, fail not in this duty.
