Chief Petty Officer Colin Lloyd (RMN-3615-16) of GNS Joshua is hereby appointed to the position of Logistics Department Chair and Disbursing Clerk Instructor in the SIA Naval Technical Specialties College, and brevet promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander effective 14 September 2016.
