The Institute for TRMN Leadership Studies (ITLS) offers courses that have been developed by specific bureaus or organizational structures within TRMN that better prepare members to take on certain functional roles or billets within the organization. Some of these courses are not available to the general membership, while others are not offered directly through BuTrain. Bureaus will make these courses available on an ‘as needed’ basis only to eligible members.
Other courses, like ‘Intro to TRMN’, are not only available to everyone, but we actively encourage every single TRMN member to take them. The list of courses below is what is currently offered. Many more will be added in the coming months.
NOTE: Bureau courses are specific to the needs of each of the bureaus in TRMN. These courses re-listed below, but may only be available to certain staff of a Bureau, or other specific individuals, or they may be widely available.
