BuTrain Order 004-21 was issued on 07 January, 2021 by the Sixth Space Lord. It appointed the Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command.

Brigadier General Greg Fitzsimmons has tendered his resignation as Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command Commandant. We would like to thank BG Fitzsimmons for his service to BuTrain over the past years.
As of this date Major General William Farley (RMN-1885-14) is hereby appointed to the position of Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command.
MGen Farley you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the RMMCTC to assume Command as Commandant. Congratulations! And ooh RA!
