First Lieutenant Mike Houghtaling (RMN-3758-16) of MarDet Revenge, is hereby appointed to the position of Reconnaissance Instructor in the RMMC Training Center Technical Specialties College. Lieutenant Houghtaling, you will travel immediately to the RMMC Training Center and assume your duties.
