Re:	Appointment of Saganami Island Naval Academy Chief of Staff and Brevet to Commander (BuTrain Order 029-16)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment and promotion:

Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Janet Harder (RMN-3186-15) is appointed to the position of Chief of Staff of the Saganami Island Naval Academy and breveted to the rank of Commander (O-5).

Commander Harder, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Office of the Commandant of the Saganami Island Naval Academy and assume the duties of SIA Chief of Staff.
