Re:	Appointment of Provost of Landing University (BuTrain Order 028-16)

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Foreign Service Officer Donna Lynne Helton to the position of Provost of Landing University.

You are hereby also promoted to the rank of Zone Chief C-15.

Zone Chief Helton you are hereby ordered, post haste, to report to Commodore Bruns, Dean of Landing University, Landing University, City of Landing, Manticore. Where you will assume the duties of Provost of Landing University.
