The following member Garret Bitker (1907-14) is hereby awarded the Order of the Golden Lion, Officer (OGL) Class In recognition of his exceptional in the service to the Civilian program in its development of the RMN Astro-Control Service and as Astro-control Service Academy, Commandant, where he not only wrote the exams but has corrected those submitted. He has also served as a trusted adviser to the Home Secretary regarding the Astro-Control Civilian relationship. His tireless efforts and hard work is an example of the best in a TRMN Civilian member.
