BuShips Directive 1901-03 was issued on 03 January 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive recommissions Saganami-C-class heavy cruiser HMS Kodiak Max.

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 03 January 2019, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413). This is a Saganami-C-class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet (El Cajon, California).
The following Naval personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413):

The following brevets are hereby authorized:
Subsequent to the commissioning, HMS Avalon (CL-395) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
