BuShips Directive 1712-03 was issued 12 December 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Minotaur (CLAC-01).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 12 December 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS Minotaur (CLAC-01), This is a Minotaur-class Light Attack Craft Carrier and is assigned to Sixth Fleet (Coppell, Texas, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Minotaur (CLAC-01):

Subsequent to this commissioning, HMS Homer (BC-315) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
