BuShips Directive 1706-02 was issued 13 June 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new command triad for HMS Titan (SD-160).

CDR Gilfillan:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Titan (SD-160), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving CAPTJG Larry Cameron, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to extend thanks and appreciation to CAPTJG Cameron for his service as Commanding Officer of HMS Titan.
