An Inter-System Shuttle is the smallest merchant ship chapter in 'TRMN'. The minimum crew size is 2, of which one must be an officer. The officer must hold a Mate's license of at least Fourth Officer. The shuttle can have a maximum crew of 5 and can carry up to 2 passengers.
