By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Senior Master Chief Gunners Mate Ken O’Dell, NS, ME (RMN-1121-12) is appointed to the position of Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of the Saganami Island Naval Academy.
Senior Master Chief O’Dell, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Office of the Commandant of the Saganami Island Naval Academy and assume the duties of SIA NCOIC.
