Template needs the following changes:
- F-6 line: add Großadmiral der Flotte (GdF)
- E-10 line: add Oberstabsbootsmann (OSB) as it's also an E-10 rank (same as SMCPON & SMCPO)
- E-9 line: change Oberstabsbootsmann (OSB) to Stabsbootsmann (SB) - OSB is E-10, SB is E-9
- E-8 line: change Stabsbootsmann (SB) to Hauptbootsmann (EB) - SB is E-9, HB is E-8
