The Carrier, Light Attack Craft (HCS: CLAC) is a hull type utilized by the Royal Manticoran Navy, Grayson Space Navy, and the Republic of Haven Navy.
CLACs are used as hyper-capable ships carrying a number of Light Attack Craft (LAC) to deploy in battle. The complement of LACs carried aboard a CLAC is usually 80-100, and known as a LAC Wing. The Wing is commanded by a COLAC, who directs the operations of the LACs, while the carrier itself is run by the ship's commanding officer.

in The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN), members may form a CLAC chapter with a minimum of 15 crew members. The CO has a minimum rank of Captain, junior grade and the XO is a Commander.
Often LAC chapters in the same fleet will be assigned to the CLAC's Wing, which requires that the CLAC also has a COLAC with minimum rank of Commander.
