As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:
Spacer 3rd Class Simone Quinn is promoted to Spacer 2nd Class
