To:	All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy, the Grayson Space Navy and all allied navies and armed forces

Re:	Ships Order 1908-04 - Promotion and Award

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:

Spacer Second Class Fiona Clark is promoted to Spacer First Class

In addition for showing exemplary speed and quality in her ability to complete courses offered by BuTrain, to such a level that several instructors have contacted me to offer their praise, it is my pleasure to Mention Spacer First Class Clark in my Dispatches. As such she is awarded the Armsman Cross in Steel.
