(name & rank) spent more than 240 hours planning, organizing, and coordinating the Talbott Fleet Summit that was held at (event) this year. He / she worked closely with the organizers & sponsors of this (event) which was greatly appreciated by them. In addition to the above, (name & rank) organized four TRMN panels & acted as the moderator for each one. He / she organized the schedule of Talbott Fleet’s Commanding Officer’s schedule, as well as, the planning & execution of anything that Her Ladyship wanted to have at the summit, including the Awards Ceremony. The Admiralty greatly appreciates all that he / she has done. -- For the outstanding performance of his / her duties as the Chair of the (group) of the Naval Technical Specialties Collage and as the (school) Instructor. The Admiralty greatly appreciates all that (name & rank) has done. -- On (date), (Name and rank) secured a space and set up a recruiting table at a local game store. Together with two other members of their command, they established a presence and were prepared to have a nice day at the event. The store’s owner approached them and it was apparent that he / she was upset about something. It soon came to light that the individual who was supposed to run (name of game) had to back out at the last minute and he / she needed a replacement. (Name and rank) volunteered to run the game. Since they were also in uniform, it provided an even more realistic atmosphere to the situation and because of it, the (name of Chapter) recruiting efforts proved to be quite successful.
For their willingness to help the store’s owner and by going well above and beyond the call of duty, it is requested that (Name and rank) be awarded the Gryphon Star. -- At (event), which was held on (date). (name & rank) stood his / her watch at the Recruiting Booth that was set up by (Chapter’s name). When their replacement failed to show up, (name & rank) stood their watch as well.

During this period, (chapter name) met and exceeded the ideals set forth within TRMN as a community-minded service organization.

In upholding the ideals of the service-minded organization, (chapter) immediately and selflessly led efforts to fund raise nearly (amount) toward one of their own crew members during a serious medical emergency leading to long-term hospitalization; the funds went to off set the mounting transportation expenses of family members who faced severe hardship, so they could lend direct assistance too said crew member.
She raised nearly (amount) pounds of canned food and dry store items for donation to the Second Harvest Food Bank. In addition to their efforts in behalf of our organization, several members of her crew assist and serve at the fleet and international levels with distinction and high recommendations from their superiors.

They have traveled to many conventions to represent the Royal Manticoran Navy, both in state and out of state, and individual members have been volunteer coordinators, members of Astro-Control, and members of their community.
Charity drives have been promoted and excelled greatly under their watches. I cannot stress enough the amount of work that this chapter put into making the Royal Manticoran Navy shine as a whole.
There are no words to properly express the amount of good that they put into the world as a whole.
