At the direction of the First Space Lord, Fleet Admiral of the Red New Mecklenburg, as of 5 JUN 2017, I hereby establish the Office of Uniform Manuals and appoint Commodore (RMN) Zachary White as the Director of Uniform Manuals.
Commodore White, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Fourth Space Lord, Royal Manticoran Naval Bureau of Communications, Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste to assume your new duties.
