BuShips Directive 1602-01 was issued on 3 February 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Kay (DD-483).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 3, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Kay (DD-483), under the command of Lt. Commander Aaron Clark. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Mayflower, AR.
As of this date, the new Bosun for HMS Kay is:
- CPO David Heard
The CO, XO, and remaining crew of HMS Kay remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- David Heard to Chief Petty Officer
