Buplan Directive 1704-02 was issued 09 April 2017 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It moves a staff member within the office of the Second Space Lord, Bureau of Planning.

LTSG Sophia Bull, SC, NS, CGM, EM, BuPlan Staff Communications Officer, has decided to take a new position within the Bureau of Planning, concentrating more on the Convention Services and Hospitality team of the Bureau. In her new position, she will be working closely with Sir Bill Lochen.
We thank Sophia for all her work as the Communications Officer and Marketing Director within the Bureau of Planning, and wish her luck in her new position. We look forward to seeing all of her great ideas in this specialization.
