Dress Uniform: Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine
The dress uniform is worn exclusively by personnel in the grades of C-12 through C-23, and is the most formal uniform that many in those grades will wear during their time in the service. It is worn for formal duties, such as those involving interaction with the public.
