You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Imperatrix (SD-457), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Commodore Sir Wayne Bruns, GCE, CR, SC, OG, QBM, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
In accordance with this billet, you are brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed under your command in the following billets:
