Bureau of Communications

The Bureau of Communications (abbrev: BuComm) is one of the seven bureaus of the Royal Manticoran Navy. The head of this bureau is known as the Fourth Space Lord (abbrev: 4SL), an office currently occupied by the Earl of New Essex, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir Robert W. "Bob" Bulkeley, Jr., KSK, SC, CGM, DSO. BuComm is responsible for all Communications for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.; including any official organizational communications (ie: newsletters, press releases), publication of membership manuals and marketing materials, as well as providing and maintaining web services.
