Master Sergeant George Grosskopff, Jr. (RMN-1525-13) of King William's Tower is hereby appointed to the position of King Roger I Military Academy Jr. Officer School Instructor effective 20 February 2017. In addition to fulfill your duties you are hereby promoted to Captain (O-3).
