| Re: | Establishment and Dedication of Mannheim University and additional Landing University Departments (BuTrain Order 087-16) |
Effective this date 1 October 2016, I do hereby order, establish and dedicate Mannheim University as part of the Landing University System. I also order the establishment of Landing University’s School of Criminology and School of Science.
