As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Philip Wohlrab Kapitain der Sterne (RMN-1507-13) Kommondant of the "Prinz-Adalbert-Andermani Marineakademie" and Andermani Liaison to Butrain
Philip Wohlrab Kapitain der Sterne, you are hereby ordered to report to the Prinz-Adalbert -Andermani Marineakademie, Potsdam, Berlin, Andermani Empire, post haste, where you will assume command as the Kommondant of the Prinz-Adalbert -Andermani Marineakademie and Andermani Liaison to Butrain.
