As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain (JG) Oliver Kindzorra (RMN-3269-15) to the position of Dean of Queen's College, Landing University, Landing University System of the Royal Manticoran Naval Bureau of Training (Butrain). With the rank of Consul General.
Captain Kindzorra you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Regent of the Landing University System, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will assume your office within the Landing University System.
