The Board of Directors is the governing body of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
The Board was created under the Bylaws of TRMN as set forth in Admiralty Order 2307-12 in 2023. The Bylaws define the Board's membership, duties, and officers.
Previous to the adoption of the Bylaws, TRMN was governed by the Royal Council, who now serve as the Steering Committee within the Board.[1]
