Hyper Command Star
The display of a Hype Command Star indicates that a member has served as the commander of one hyper-capable chapter within the RMN as defined by BuShips. In order to qualify to wear a Hyper Command Star, the member must have served as a commander either for no less than 6 months or as a “keel-plate” owner at the inception of a hyper-capable chapter.
Issuance
The Hyper Command Star is issued by the Third Space Lord (BuShips) when the conditions have been met. Multiple commands result in multiple stars. There is no device used with it.
Placement
The correct placement of the Hyper Command Star on the RMN uniform is one inch above the ribbon rack, halfway between the ribbon rack and the edge of the plastron.
