BuShips Directive 1511-06 was issued on 11 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Hydra.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 11, 2015, it is my duty to announce a change of Command for HMS Hydra (CLAC-19), under the command of Captain (j.g.) James Kerr. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.
The new Commanding Officer is James Kerr.
The XO and Bosun are unchanged at this time.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- James Kerr to Captain, junior grade
