Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 8, 2015, it is my privilege to announce the brevet promotion of Kacie Stevens, serving HMS Jonas Adcock (CA-489).
As of this date, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
- Kacie Stevens to Ensign
This brevet promotion is necessitated by the need for HMS Jonas Adcock to meet the minimum officer staffing requirements for a Heavy Cruiser.
