Fourth Fleet Order 31-1002-19

Fourth Fleet Order 31-1002-19 was issued 10 February 2019 by Commanding Officer Fourth Fleet. This order appoints a Bosun to the fleet.

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy, the Royal Manticoran Forces, Imperial Andermani Navy, Republic of Haven Navy, and Allied Navies
From:	Rear Admiral Martyn Griffiths, Commanding Officer, Grayson Home Fleet
Re:	4th Fleet Fleet Order 31-1002-19 Fleet Bosun

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.

I have had a request for relief from Fleet Bosun William Underhill RMN-1603-13 E10 GSN citing personal reasons. I would like to personally thank him for his services to the the Fleet during his term of office and award him the Grayson Meritorious Service Star for his endeavours on behalf of the Fleet.

In order to ensure that the billet is manned, I hereby order that SCPO RMN-0565-12 N Emilio Desalvo RMN RMN-0565-12, be promoted to E10 with the approval of SMCPON RMN and SMCPON GSN and to undertake the duties of Fleet Bosun.

FSMCPO Desalvo is hereby instructed to contact all Bosun's of the Fleet to determine current needs and issues and is to resolve these where possible under his authority and forward those which need Fleet or higher to resolve.
