Effective immediately, in accordance with a directive from the First Lord of the Admiralty, all TRMN organizational recruiting artwork including, but not limited to, those from the RMN, Astro Control, Merchant Marine, RMMC, RMA, GSN, IAN and RHN, should be considered non-authorized and immediately pulled from convention service for a complete review and possible revision where the need arises. Your cooperation and expedience in this matter is greatly appreciated. Compliance, however, is mandatory.
All departments are to send in copies of their artwork for review and compliance with the Manticore Co. Ltd. brand standards. Those that are found to meet the standard will be quickly released back to the convention circuit, as we understand that the season is in full swing. Those that need some tweaking or revision will be rectified and then released back to the respective department for use at conventions.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move forward and further the prestige and the image of TRMN in the fan community.

As of 1800 hours, March 5th, 2016, the new role of Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer for the Office of the Second Space Lord is created. This role's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Providing guidance to the Enlisted Members of TRMN on recruiting, and planning recruiting events as either stand alone or at conventions.
- Providing guidance to the Enlisted Members of TRMN on planning convention activities, including, but not limited to, party rooms, bars, pod ceremonies, volunteer stations, etc.
- Assisting in the development of Award Ceremony Protocol.
- Assisting [[BuComm]] in developing materials to promote the TRMN Enlisted Corps and its activities.
- Other duties as determined by the Second Space Lord.
This position will report directly to the Second Space Lord, with a dotted line to BuComm for the promotion materials, and a dotted line to the [[SMCPOotN]] to coordinate Enlisted support.
The [[FLA]], [[FSL]] and SMCPOotN agree that there is a need for someone to fulfill these duties and that a high level of expertise will be required of the appointee. After a search of RMN personnel, one particular person was found to have the traits, qualifications and experience to step into this new position and successfully develop these areas. This person had been an Enlisted rating and was heavily involved in the early development of RMN activities in his AO. When the Admiralty called on him to step up and assume command of one of Her Majesty’s SuperDreadnaughts, this individual “mustanged” into the officer ranks. Now, because the very nature of the work to be done has a particular focus on the Enlisted personnel’s role in the organization, it will be necessary for that person to relinquish command and to “set aside” their commission and return to the ranks of the Enlisted personnel with appropriate rank for the position.
At the special request of the First Lord of the Admiralty, Captain (s.g.) William Lochen, [[Baron]] [[Boundary Waters]], has agreed to step up and fill this needed role, relinquishing command of [[HMS Invincible]]. Having previously served as the Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, his devotion to the Enlisted Corps is well known. He has been great help to Admiralty House in the past, and it is our sincere hope that he will be again. In addition, Captain (s.g.) William Lochen has agreed to set aside his commission and take the rank of the position, Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer, and step up into the Senior Enlisted Corps once again.
This Non-Commissioned Officer is to be treated with the honours and respect afforded a position on a Space Lord's Staff.
