Commodore Michael Garcia (RMN-1793-14) of HMS Medusa is hereby appointed to the position of Yeoman Instructor in the Administration Department of the Saganmai Island Academy Technical Specialties Center effective 17 February 2016.
Chief Petty Officer Pierre Leblond (RMN-3238-15) of HMS Peregrine is hereby appointed to the position of Steward Instructor in the Logistics Department of the Saganmai Island Academy Technical Specialties Center effective 17 February 2016.
