As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain Robert Demkiw, GSN (RMN-3199-15), of GNS Madrigal, to the position of Commandant of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy and brevet promote him to the rank of Commodore. I do hereby also appoint Captain (JG) Oliver Kindzorra, RMN (RMN-3269-15), to the position of Vice Commandant of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy.
Commodore Demkiw and Captain (JG) Kindzorra you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Sixth Space Lord, Royal Manticoran Navy, Bureau of Training, post haste, where you will assume your respective offices within Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy.
Captain Michael Spath, GSN (RMN-0675-12), of HMS Penelope, I would like to thank you for the time and energy you have devoted to Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy as its Commandant. I do hereby appoint you to the position of Commandant, War College, Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy. You are hereby ordered to report to the War College post haste to assume your new duties.
