For action taken in connection with Mechacon in stepping up and running the Magic the Gathering game tournament when called upon to do so due to the lack of another qualified individual, the Navy Commendation Decoration is hereby awarded to Capt. Steven Rosenthal.
For their achievements in gaming and marksmanship qualifications, the following awards are hereby made:
