BuShips Directive 1912-02 was issued on 3 December 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive authorizes a brevet promotion to Ensign to fill a required officer position on HMS Apollo (CL-80).

Petty Officer First Class Antonio Remaly, having completed the requisite coursework, and having stepped up to replenish vacancy in the required officer corps aboard HMS Apollo (CL-80), you are hereby Brevetted to the rank of Ensign, Royal Manticoran Navy.
You are hereby ordered to report to Commander Teresa Remaly for your orders as on officer, congratulations on your new post.
