BuShips Directive 1506-11 was issued 30 June 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Specter (CLAC-29).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 30, 2015, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Specter (CLAC-29).
The new Command Staff is:
- Commander Edward Nowak, assigned as Executive Officer, HMS Specter
The CO, Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Edward Nowak to Commander
